My stay at Condado Lagoon Villas was a mixed bag. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring San Juan, the room itself left much to be desired with its basic amenities. It was nice to have a balcony, but the hard beds and minimal kitchenette made it feel more like a budget motel instead of a resort experience.

My unit felt more like a small hotel room with two beds than a proper villa. The kitchenette was nearly empty, only equipped with a tiny fridge, sink, and microwave. There was a nice balcony facing the lagoon, but the overall smallness and hardiness of the beds made it less than comfortable for longer stays.

The staff were friendly and security-conscious, which was reassuring. However, I found the management to be disorganized and somewhat rude, making it a hassle to get assistance with issues in my room.

The location was a highlight, with easy walking access to restaurants and a beach nearby. However, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the nightlife in Condado, requiring around a 15-minute walk over a bridge. It made exploring the area a bit challenging at times.
